Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped from orders@harmonyartworx.com.

Multiple Shipments: Please note this important information: We source our products from multiple vendors, which means you may receive more than one shipment for a single order. Rest assured, all relevant information including tracking numbers for each shipment will be included in your shipping notification email.

Shipping Options & Time: a. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. b. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days. c. Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs: We think everyone loves free shipping! The promo code “FREESHIP” has been automatically added to your cart for all standard shipping options. However, the exception to this rule is for expedited shipping. If you choose this option, rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Potential Delays: Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Order Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from our carriers.

Shipping Address Changes: For changes in the shipping address, please contact our customer support within 1 hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

Issue with Order: If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@harmonyartworx.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photographs of the damaged product, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

No Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
