Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase. Items returned without the original packaging will not be validated.

Please include pictures of the original inner and outer packaging, as well as an image of the item you wish to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Harmony Artworx Studio, PO Box 345, Hawthorne, NJ 07507. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine how to rectify the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
These items cannot be returned or refunded:
- customized / personalized products
- digital download files
- special orders.

Exceptions / Delivery issues
On the rare occasion that our tracking shows that an item was delivered but the customer doesn't have possession at their location (this could happen due to a package being stolen after delivery or it was delivered to the wrong address) we will work with the customer to gather any additional delivery information available from the carrier and share with the customer to facilitate a claim submission to the delivery service. Once a package leaves our hands, we have no ability to locate the package other than the tracking number, and therefore cannot refund for lost items.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange please send an email request to is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
